It is one of the best Chinese restaurant I ate in. If you want the best food, big portions, freshness, very fast service, and delivery on time, you got it here. I am eating here for three years, since I came to new Orleans, because I live close by. I never ate in any other restaurants around. The people are friendly, they don't speak perfect English but who cares, they have a perfect food. The menu is huge and I don't know how they mange to handle it, but they do. It is family operated and they make sure to treat you as one after you go there few times. Thank you Best Wok.
We have Ordered from Best Wok for a Long Time. Since COVID we really hadn't been ordering anywhere.We Both had been Wanting Chinese Food and We have never had A Problem with Service,Food are Delivery before.The Young Man on the Phone was Very Nice Read my Order Back to me and let me know my Price.We Ordered Moo Goo Gai Pan with Fried Rice Sring Roll Appetizers.We also had Sweet and Sour Pork with Shrimp Fried Rice and an Extra Egg Roll asked for Sweet and Sour Sauce on Side and Extra Duck Sauce The Order was on Time Fresh Hot and Delicious and Correct . We Definitely will Order again from them.The Driver Was Very Nice and Wore a Mask Thank you for the Delicious Food and Service.Long time Customers.
I have never had a bad experience at Best Wok. Been eating here for about 3 years only place I order Chinese food on the westbank! Customer service is great, food is always hot and delicious, and the service is quick! Usually don’t rate places 5 stars unless they deserve it Best Wok I can say so!
Great customer service. Food arrives quickly after ordering. They have a wide variety of food items to choose from. I highly recommend the Dragon&Phoenix, which is chicken, shrimp and vegetables over a tasty sauce .
I came for the dumplings, and I left with a full stomach and a deep appreciation for fried perfection. If dumplings had passports, mine would have stamped a one-way ticket to Flavor town! The service was outstanding. Made you feel like family!
Ready in about 15 minutes. Everytime I call in an order, I get that reply. They have a menu comparable to other Chinese fast food restaurants. There's only two tables so I'd suggest carry out. The food is hot and tasty. Parking can be a problem, along with entering and exiting the parking lot. Overall the food and service is great, but the location isn't the best.
You order food it’s ready 10-15 minutes later. They are consistant tasty and family owned I love them
